Charity Mbabazi Byarugaba is the visionary founder and Director of Pillars in the Palace Limited, a dynamic platform dedicated to helping women cultivate strong personal and professional brands. She is also the accomplished author of two inspiring books—”The Scent of a Mother” and “Smiling in the Mirror”—that celebrate motherhood, authenticity, and self-worth.

Seven Years of Growth & Accountability
Launched on May 12, 2018, at Kampala Serena Hotel, Pillars in the Palace grew out of Charity’s passion to help women thrive across five foundational pillars: Health, Finance, Career, Parenting, and Prayer. Reflecting on their anniversary, she tweeted:

7 years later this Saturday we celebrate motherhood thanking God that we are a home of Personal and Corporate brands building and supporting dreams to change the world.

Over seven years, her community has fostered transformative conversation—from finance hangouts and parenting camps to prayer circles—culminating in annual celebrations where mentees share their breakthroughs, dance, and give thanks.

Dual Tribute: Author & Advocate for Self-Worth
Charity’s two books—”The Scent of a Mother” and “Smiling in the Mirror”—serve as reflections on authenticity, motherhood, and confidence. In Smiling in the Mirror, she lays out principles for women to stand in and radiate their worth. As noted in review:

“This book is a heart‑to‑heart… setting forth principles by which women may radiate their worth… by telling men what standards women deserve.”

In another X post, she shared excitement over being hosted on The Garden of Eden TV Show to discuss “the impact of a mother upon their children”—a reminder of how deeply she values maternal influence in personal development.

Initiative Highlights & Leadership Presence
Mothers on a Mission Mastermind: A peer mentorship network focused on discipleship and shared learning among mothers.

Dominion 2025 Event: She shared empowering pre-event reflections on embracing purpose and breaking boundaries—summarized by her motto: “No limits, no boundaries.”

Media Engagements: Appeared on talk shows such as X’s #TheGardenOfEdenTvShow, discussing motherhood’s role in nurturing future leaders.

A Mentor Who Inspires
Charity’s impact reflects not just in her writing and programs, but also in the relationships she builds
