An inspiring story of a young gentleman who quit his highly paying Job to start a manufacturing plant.

Manufacturing has always been synonymous with old people, but one Joseph Kawombe got out of his comfort zone to fill a gap of manufacturing High Performance Tile Adhesive and Grout as he shares his experience with Dickson Mushabe

In this Episode of the Business Mirror, Adexxa designed specifically for ceramic and porcelain tiles as well as marble.

He asserts that the only satisfaction he could ever get was putting a product on the shelf After his research three years ago, he found out that the adhesives used were all imported.

Joseph Kawombe  identified a gap in the fastest growing construction industry in Uganda and he got his operating factory machines in Uganda locally made from Katwe a known innovative place in the Uganda Capital City center.

He talks about the challenges he is facing in his journey, he gives key advice on how to apply Tile adhesive and the quality that the market requires.
He talks about how he transited from formal employment to self-employment especially for those who fear to fail.
