URA FC have confirm that Andrew Okiring Isiagi has joined the club.

The 23-year-old completes this most anticipated move following his short-lived spell as a free agent.

Okiring, who is a young brother to former URA FC forward Daniel Opolot Isiagi commenced his football career in the United States.

He has since featured for both the U20s and U23s Uganda National Teams.

His adventure in the Uganda Premier League on the other hand started at Police FC before he switched to FUFA Big League side Proline FC.

It’s these exposures that have made him prepared for the challenge posted by this move to the Tax Collectors.

He needed no invitation to express his excitement at joining his new venture:

“Am very happy to join one of the biggest clubs in the country, there is a good program here concerning young players like myself and so I didn’t require much convincing to make the decision,” Isiagi said.

Isiagi is a right-back with an unquenchable thirst for offensive play.

So there will be no shock seeing him asked to operate further upfront during some games.
