Centenary Bank Northern Mega Fellowship 2026 recognition marked an important milestone in the Bank’s partnership with Rotary in Kiboga. The fellowship, which took place on Saturday, attracted Rotary leaders and members from across the northern region. Moreover, the event created a platform for collaboration and youth-focused dialogue.

Centenary Bank Strengthens Rotary Partnership

Centenary Bank earned recognition for its strong support of the fellowship. At the event, the Bank’s Sustainability Manager, Otuko Emmanuel, represented the institution and reaffirmed its commitment to community service.

“It is an absolute honor to be here with you,” Emmanuel said. He thanked Rotary for consistently partnering with Centenary Bank in Kiboga and across Uganda. Furthermore, he emphasized that the partnership continues to grow because both institutions share values centered on service and impact.

According to Emmanuel, Centenary Bank has operated for 42 years with a clear mission. The Bank believes that banking must go beyond financial transactions. Instead, it must uplift communities through meaningful partnerships and social investment. As a result, the Bank actively supports initiatives that promote education, entrepreneurship, and financial literacy.

Focus on Youth Empowerment

Emmanuel also highlighted the importance of youth empowerment in the Bank’s strategy. Currently, 45 percent of Centenary Bank’s customers are young people. Therefore, the theme “Uniting for Service and Empowering Youths” closely aligns with the Bank’s priorities.

In addition, the Bank continues to design products and programs that support youth growth and innovation. For example, it promotes financial inclusion through tailored savings accounts and business support initiatives. Consequently, young entrepreneurs gain access to resources that help them build sustainable livelihoods.

Recognition from Rotary Clubs in Kiboga

The Rotary Club of Kiboga, the Rotaract Club of Kiboga, and the Interact Club of Silver High School Kiboga presented the recognition to Centenary Bank’s Kiboga Branch. The award celebrated the Bank’s generous support and active corporate partnership.

Specifically, Rotary leaders commended the Bank for contributing resources and expertise that ensured the success of the Northern Mega Fellowship 2026. Likewise, they acknowledged the Bank’s consistent involvement in service-driven programs across the region.

Northern Mega Fellowship 2026 Promotes Regional Collaboration

The Northern Mega Fellowship 2026 brought together Rotary members from across northern Uganda. During the event, participants shared experiences and discussed ongoing service projects. Additionally, they explored new strategies to empower young people through mentorship and skills development.

Importantly, leaders encouraged stronger collaboration among clubs. By working together, they can expand their impact and reach more communities.

Commitment to Service Above Self

Centenary Bank continues to support institutions that uphold the Rotary principle of Service Above Self. Through sustained investment in community programs, the Bank reinforces its role as a development-focused financial institution.

Ultimately, the Centenary Bank Northern Mega Fellowship 2026 recognition reflects more than a single event. Rather, it demonstrates a long-term commitment to youth empowerment, partnership, and sustainable community development in Kiboga and beyond.
