Barbara currently heads the Business Advisory unit at Uganda Development Bank (UDB), placing her at the centre of Uganda’s socio-economic transformation agenda. She ensures that enterprises not only access finance but are prepared to grow, scale, and endure.
Since February 2022, Barbara has led UDB’s Business Advisory Unit, operationalizing one of development finance’s most critical pillars: enterprise preparedness. Her leadership delivers strategic support across:
