Rebecca Mayanja is a distinguished engineer and strategic leader shaping Uganda’s communications sector. Her transition into institutional leadership marked another milestone. As Head of Estates Management & Administration, she managed complex operations and infrastructure systems.
Later, she moved into her current role as Head of Research & Service Development. Here, Rebecca Mayanja UCC leads strategy development and sector research initiatives. Moreover, she helps shape policies that guide emerging technologies and future-ready services.
