Tupaate artist opens up: Date a slayFarmer, you won’t die of hunger.

The latest coming in is slayfarmer Pia Pounds. If there’s any lesson learned by artists, it is to have side hassle businesses besides music. 

Meet Pia Pounds, Uganda’s Twendee Tupaate hitmaker. Uganda is blessed to have a number of slay mamas make a living off of music, but we believe music is not forever and some have gone an extra mile to try out luck in farming, and let’s hope it will be a successfull story for them.

We were all affected by covid, and a few artists had the guts to stand still during the 3 years lockdown in Uganda. We saw the likes of Mun G starting out on a matooke plantation farm and later we are having a slay mama turning into a slayFarmer. 

Apart from posing in her music videos and show performances, we saw Pia Pounds posing around her chicken farm. 

On her Twitter account, she went ahead to advise everyone to date a slay farmer as they will never die of hunger. Hahaha, should we hope Pia Pounds is throwing green lights to anyone who might be interested in hooking her up?
