She currently serves as Manager, Human Capital at PwC Uganda, where she leads talent strategy, workforce planning, and organizational development for one of the country’s most respected professional services firms.

Her role involves aligning people with business priorities, fostering inclusive work cultures, and ensuring that PwC’s human capital systems reflect both global standards and local realities.
Prior to joining PwC, Geraldine held key roles at Bank of Africa Uganda, where she served as Employee Relations Manager and Human Resource Business Partner, and earlier as Senior Human Resource Officer.

She also worked at KCB Bank Uganda, where she supported executive operations and later transitioned into human resource leadership. Her professional journey began at Standard Chartered Bank, where she built foundational skills in customer service and frontline operations.
She holds an MBA in Finance from the University of Northern Virginia – Annandale and is an alumna of Makerere University.

Her academic background reflects a rare blend of analytical rigor and strategic thinking qualities that continue to define her leadership style.
Geraldine is known for her calm, collaborative approach. She mentors young professionals, facilitates internal capacity building, and contributes to policy discussions on workplace equity and talent retention.
