With over 17 years of progressive experience in banking, Isabella Birungi exemplifies dedication, resilience, and transformative client relationship management. She currently serves as a Relationship Manager at Absa Bank Uganda, a role she has held since 2019, where she empowers SMEs and corporate clients to grow and thrive.

Rising Through the Ranks: A Testament to Tenacity
Starting as a Direct Sales Advisor in 2007, Isabella steadily rose through the banking ranks—becoming Sales Manager, then Premier Banker, and later Associate Relationship Manager before assuming full Relationship Manager roles at Barclays and now Absa Bank Uganda.

This journey reflects her consistency, adaptability, and excellence in client engagement, sales leadership, and portfolio management across SME and business banking.
