Starting as a Direct Sales Advisor in 2007, Isabella steadily rose through the banking ranks—becoming Sales Manager, then Premier Banker, and later Associate Relationship Manager before assuming full Relationship Manager roles at Barclays and now Absa Bank Uganda.
